Skip to content Our client came to us with a home they wanted updated and expanded. This project gave the entire home a fresh start. We remodeled the existing spaces, built a new 760 square foot addition, and created a brighter, more open layout that feels comfortable, modern, and connected.
The kitchen became the center of the home, with custom wood and white cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island for cooking, gathering, and everyday use. Vaulted ceilings, a skylight, and large windows fill the space with natural light, while the warm wood finishes keep it inviting while a large island separated a living space from the cooking space.
We carried the same clean, natural style throughout the home with light wood flooring, simple finishes, and thoughtful custom details. One of the standout features is the modern fireplace, finished with stone and vertical wood paneling to add warmth and character to the living area.
The addition created more usable living space and improved the connection between the indoors and backyard. Large sliding doors open onto a new multi-level deck, making it easy to enjoy outdoor dining, entertaining, and relaxing.
We also updated the exterior with new windows and doors, modern lighting, a custom wood garage door, paved walkways, and low-maintenance landscaping. The finished home feels completely renewed while still remaining warm, practical, and welcoming.
